The Cult of the Angels

There has been a myth, through out time and space of a group of people. A group called "The Cult Of The Angel's." And they help the Angel's send people back to their "proper time period." And this time, they help by calling the Doctor for the Angel's to consume their time energy. Sure the Distress signal accidentally went across multiple of the Doctors timelines, but feeding multiple time travellers is better than one.
