The Demi Child

The Daleks called it the Demi Child.
The Time Lords called it the Hybrid.
He called it a mistake.

He knew, the moment he saw it with his own eyes, that it was something that had never should have been. It was something that was just wrong, and he pitied its existence knowing that it would most likely live eternity in madness, existing in a state of nonexistence, bringing chaos to everything and anything it touched.
So, one day he took it along with the Moment to end it along with the Time War.

 

That was one hundred years ago, and he still hadn’t managed to get rid of it.
