Rose is in her final month of pregnancy when Jack sends them a message, and the Doctor and Rose are forced to separate. Things don't go according to plan.

 They could barely hear Jack shouting something about shagging, and Rose bit her lip, and looked at the Doctor, who was relieved she wasn’t in any pain at the moment.

 “10 quid he applauds for us,” she whispered, and the Doctor just sighed.

 i>“Done,” he said, and she smiled as he helped her off of him, and ten minutes later after they both cleaned up and changed clothes, they stepped off the ship to see the entirety of Torchwood 3 staring at them.

 Jack applauded. The Doctor rolled his eyes.

“We could hear you, you know,” he said, and the Doctor just looked at him.

“You probably had your ear pressed to the door,” he muttered.
