The Doctor and Rose find themselves once more swept into magical mayhem along with the power inside them they still haven't completely mastered. The three magic guilds have not recovered since the Skaros attack. War is brewing for control of the guilds, and this particular war may spill into the non magic world. Typical for Rose and the Doctor, the fate of the world is in the balance. As is their relationship as secrets, the past and old wounds threaten their future. With Jack, Ianto, Donna and Wilf, they work to stop a powerful mage from taking control of the world as well as overcome lingering insecurities, old wounds and prove love is more powerful than the strongest magic.
