Following their trip back to the Torchwood Estate, Rose and the Doctor are piecing together all their clues about the mystery surrounding the mysterious diamonds that drain time. They get sidetracked when Rose starts to worry about giving birth, and they take a birthing class in the 47th century, and they end up having another problem to solve.

 There have been times, when they are visiting Earth especially, when a stranger will ask them about their “job”.

The Doctor usually brushes it off, saying something about how they ‘travel a lot’, but Rose tends to try to give a more specific answer, typically claiming to be ‘detectives, of sorts.’

  She leaves out the aliens. Usually.
