As relationships between the East and West of Germany are at last seeming to rebuild, the war seems almost over. But when the Doctor and Zach arrive on the scene, something is wrong. Because on November 9th, 1989, the wall will not fall. The Cold War is getting hotter and hotter. With nuclear war hanging in the balance, all of Earth's history may never be the same again.
