Violet Hichin had a life filled with question marks. After landing on Earth in 1929 she started what she thought was going to be an ordinary human life until she realized she aged two years for every twenty years that passed and she had an extraordinary ability to understand every emotion someone was feeling based on a single touch.
Knowing she's abnormal, she resolves to live a life of running and hiding away-hoping that maybe, one day all her memories would come back to her and she could work out just who- or what she is.
That's when she meets a man called the Doctor. A mysterious alien who knows quite a bit about running and may just be the answer she needs to all those question marks surrounding her.

- Additional Tags: strap yourselves in kids because jess is writing doctor who again!!, i feel like this fandom is a cult sometimes you try to escape and you really think you managed it, then out of the blue you get yourself an hbo max subscription, this is a real slow burn for you laddies, i mean martha and jack both realize things before these two dunderheads, He's a doctor, but honestly, he needs therapy, but they kiss eventually!!, I swear, also fair warning this fic is BASICALLY, confusion/hurt/hurt/comfort/hurt/hurt/questionable comfort/hurt/comfort, at this rate i'm gonna have to write a oneshot where they sit in couples therapy after this, i'm also adding tags as i go depending on which season i stop in, and when i'm bored
