We see snippets of a few solo 9th Doctor adventures during Rose, in the form of various records. When did he have time to have those, being with Rose Tyler the whole season?

From our perspective, only a few moments passed between The Doctor leaving after Rose's initial rejection and him returning to mention that his ship also travels in time. But, being a time machine, The Doctor could have done any number of things before returning.

He could have been on many more adventures during that time, possibly traveling with another companion for some of it...

A companion who wasn't as psychic as he may claim, but was absolutely fantastic nonetheless.
