10th Doctor & Bad Wolf Rose continue to discover new side effects of Bad Wolf & her exposure to the Time Vortex (increased telepathic abilities i.e. use of psychic paper & abilities to see glimpses of timelines. The TARDIS & Rose share a connection that’s getting stronger & team up to meddle in Tommy & Kimberly’s relationship timeline. Takes place “instead of” how the episode of the Power Rangers episode where Tommy gets the “Dear John” letter goes. The Doctor relents & the two split up to try to repair the rift between the separated couple; Rose uses Vortex Manipulator to talk to Kimberly in Florida while The Doctor meets with Tommy at the lake in Angel Grove.
