There was a lot that Jack had forgotten about Ianto, but Testimony means he'll be able to relearn him all again.
Before Jack's eyes, the glass face started to gain colour, and structure, dark hair smoothing over its head and the thin line of its nose shaping into a button tip. Jack found himself remembering a sense memory of Ianto brushing the tip of his nose against Jack's cheek, as he turned to kiss Jack over his shoulder.
Dark eyelashes fanned over closed eyes, and the glass avatar's shoulders broadened underneath a crisp pinstriped suit, waistcoat and all, and the avatar stood as its legs lengthened, until Jack was facing it straight on.
So Ianto had been his height after all.
