After the Doctor's next regeneration (I left the number of the last Doctor ambiguous) he meets Alana (an American girl) and her British friend Cicely who join him in the TARDIS to travel through space and time. One day the Doctor comes across a foe he can't face, unless he relies on a very dangerous plan, and ends up creating the Timepiece. Now the question is: will the Doctor ever be able to regenerate again?
