The Doctor and his companions crash-land onto a charming island full of great food and life-size toys that walk among the populous. However, it quickly becomes apparent that Dressrosa isn't the idyllic place it sells itself to be. While trying to get to the secret buried in Dressrosa, the Doctor realizes he may be a bit under-prepared and is forced to team up with a gang of pirates if he wants any hope of saving Dressrosa and it's inhabitants.
