That turned out rather badly last time.” She sends a silent plea to the TARDIS to program the chameleon arch this time so that she doesn’t make any human connections she’ll have to break off when she returns to being a Time Lord. She doesn’t think she can handle any more loss.
The Doctor uses the chameleon arch to hide from the Judoon again, but doesn't plan on the Master coming looking for her.
