After the business with Yeti and the Great Intelligence in New York City, the US military decides they need an outfit specifically dedicated to handling threats of that variety. An officer is sent to Edinburgh to spend some time with HAVOC and learn from them. The visit, however, soon proves to be anything but straightforward.
