another time lord survived the time war, one who the master rescued out of love, sacrificing himself instead. the dreamer knew about the doctor's predicament and resented them because of it. revenge plans go wrong after the master comes back and feelings bloom. (this is like normal dw but with another time lord and the year that never was is different. there are some other minor changes as well.)
