What if the Doctor fell on Doomsday, and Rose was forced to take on the Doctor's role in the universe. The Doctor temporarily returns on Journey's End, but due to malfunctions in the Dimension Cannon, he ended up stuck in Pete's World again. Rose continues on until The End of Time and has just sent the Time Lords back into the Time Lock.
