Written over 5 years after the Doctor Who 50th anniversary. The Moment was such an underutilized device. What if she saw all the past and future and decided to give the Doctor a gift in exchange for not using her to destroy a planet. This is one way out of many that Gallfirey could have returned after the time war. I'd like to think this is a unique interpretation for the Return of the Time Lords.
