The Deca was a group of ten young and rebellious Gallifreyan acolytes at the Prydonian Academy who believed they could change the universe. The only thing stopping them? Borusa, their intolerable professor; Runcible, the excruciatingly annoying hall monitor, and their own enormous egos.
Beneath their endless mountains of homework, and the constant trouble they found themselves in, lies a heartwarming story of friendship. Or a how-to manual on subjects such as framing your peers, making snarky comments, and burning down the rooms you don't like. (Not that they ever did any of those things, of course.)
This is not the story of how the Deca accomplished anything. This is the story of how they tried and failed many, many times. So many times, in fact, that the narrator has forgotten whether or not they've ever actually managed to succeed. I suppose you'll just have to read and find out, yeah?
