Missy had a plan, a brilliant plan. Surviving the laser blast, she escaped the Cybermen and teleported out, but landed back in the vault with no clue as to whether the Doctor survived. She decides to wait for the Doctor. When the Doctor returns, she finds strange lesson plans and a hypnotised student, and most importantly, that Missy has been waiting for her.
