When you were a child, you had this strange ability to go into this lucid dream sort of state, which you soon later called your 'mind palace'. When life became difficult, you went into this state to be alone and to relax. Life wasn't easy when you were bullied and you lived with your single mother, whom you barely saw due to her working to put food on the table.
During your time in your mind palace, you met a madman whom lived in a box. You met him only briefly, but he visited him some points when you were a small child, but afterwards, you could no longer go to your mind palace. You lost contact with your only friend and the one person you loved.
You turned to cigarettes during your time as a student in Coal Hill School and meddled with the wrong people. Despite your teacher, trying to make you change, You just couldn't. You were ruined. You wanted to meet him just one more time.
One day during a fire drill at your school, you saw your teacher heading the wrong way. Curious, you decided to follow her and you were shocked to where she had led you.
