Fourth Doctor and Kuro arrived on an unknown, old west planet where the Cowboy aliens are attacked a Trithayzian Cowboy Monsters known as a GoreBlood Gang. While there, Kuro is suffering from the Trithayzian disease, Gondomanshi. It can only be cured by drinking the leader of the GoreBlood Gang's blood, named Xaram.
