Tegan notes that an ice planet looks Christmas-y. Instead of just explaining what that means, the Doctor takes it upon himself to expose his companions to Christmas. Mostly just wholesome family fluff, one line could be interpreted as slightly Nysric or just Nyssa and Adric being friendly.
