After exactly one month John comes back to Baker Street and back to Sherlock's life. Lestrade knocks on the door with a case that has been puzzling the whole Scotland Yard. People are killing themselves in the exact same way in the exact same time in different parts of England. Mycroft suspects that this case is beyond Sherlock's expertise so he calls the Doctor.
