The Great Assassination and Those Who Bored Witness

FOREWORD TO THE FIRST EDITION:

One fateful night, four sleep-deprived badfic lovers hit upon an idea: to construct the worst story of all time, one that would channel the spirit of My Immortal and pave the way to a bright future of darkness. They met once, to discuss their plans, characterize the nonexistent author, and name their original characters, then went their separate ways. Each wrote several chapters without any knowledge of what the others were writing. After several weeks, they returned and combined their works: an over-the-top pastiche of overpowered OCs, ridiculous kinks, badly-written smut, typographical and grammatical errors of every shape and size, and a supposedly alcoholic author with an inexplicable but rabid hatred for the Welsh. The result was this.

I never intended to publish this: as far as I was concerned, our goal was to create something that would be amusing for a dramatic reading in our student organization. And it was, indeed, very amusing. After the event in question, I forgot about it for a while. But now it's back, and the time has come for its grand reveal...
